Barrel Racing
In this speed event the rider must circle three barrels set in a cloverleaf pattern.
Bareback Riding
This event is the most physically demanding. The higher and wilder they spur, the better they mark.
Saddle Bronc Riding
Rhythm is the key! The rider spurs in a full swing towards the back of the saddle in time with the bronc.
Tie Down Roping
Calf Roping takes hours of practice to perfect both the skills of the roper and the horse.
Steer Wrestling
Timing, coordination and strength are the prerequisites for a steer wrestler.
Team Roping
This event features a pair of ropers each mounted on a well trained horse. Each must rope the steer.
Bull Riding
Cowboys must look fear in the face as they matches wits and moves with a Rodeo Bull.
Mountain Race
Origins date to the 1920’s when cowboys raced down the side of Fox Mountain.
Pony Chariots
Two-wheeled chariots with two-horse teams careen around the oval! This is excitement!
Pony Chuckwagon
Chuckwagons led by 4-horse teams thunder out of a turning start and blaze around the track.
Wild Horse Race
