Well it has been a weekend that I will never forget! Thank to everyone for all of the wonderful messages of Congratulations, it really means a lot to me.

Last night one of my biggest dreams came true and although I worked hard to to achieve this goal, I could not have done it without the help of so many wonderful people that I have in my life. Thank you to Daybreak Rotary for being my sponsor and for all of their support, The Williams Lake Stampede, Alexis Forseille, Silvia Dubray, Kathee Houston Sukert and Karina Sukert for making the 2015 Williams Lake Stampede Royalty competition such a wonderful experience. Thank you to Sandy Bill-Zayachkowski for all of her coaching, encouragement and for letting me use her beautiful horses. Thank you to Brigette Peel for making my beautiful dress that I wore for my speech. Thank you to Sharon MacDonald for all your tips and pointers that helped me improve over the years and for allowing me to shadow past contestants during the Williams Lake Indoor Rodeo Association. Thank you to Kelly Walls for all her love and support! Thank you to Kirsten Braumandl and Gillian Shields for being my role models! Thank you to the Trail Riders Association for donating my membership and giving me access to their riding arenas.

I would like to send a special thank you to my family for all their encouragement and support throughout not only the competition but the four years of preparation that came before that, Kurt Sand and Alana Wilson-Sand I really can not thank you enough.

Finally I would like to thank and congratulate Stephanie Warnock and Paige Brinoni for a job well done! I was fortunate enough to have been a contestant with the two of you and I am so grateful for the time we got to spend together, many memories were made and many more to come! I wish you both the best of luck in your future endeavours and know you will do amazing things!

Williams Lake, I am honoured to be your 2015 Williams Lake Stampede Queen!
